Store Policies

OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS
*WE CANNOT PROCESS PROGRESSIVE, KOALAFI, OR SNAP OVER THE PHONE. LEASE TO OWN IS DONE IN STORE ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Delivery Service Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers must provide the following information at the time of scheduling:

  • Full name

  • Telephone number

  • Delivery address

  • Type of residence (house, townhome, condo, or apartment)

  • The specific floor or level where the furniture will be placed


Phone Payment Requirements

For the protection of our customers and our business, Flippin Jays follows a strict identity-verification process for all phone payments.

We will first call the customer, then follow up with a text requesting the required information below:

  1. Driver’s License

    • Must match the name on the payment card.

  2. Credit Card Copy

    • Must show the cardholder’s name matching the driver’s license.

    • All card numbers must be blocked out except the last four digits.

  3. Signed Store Policy Sheet

    • We will email our policy sheet to the customer.

    • It must be signed and returned before payment is processed.

Delivery Services

The delivery service information posted on our website will remain the same and will be clearly listed for customer awareness.

Estimated Arrival Time for Orders
  • If merchandise is in stock with the manufacturer, products typically arrive at Flippin Jays within 1–3 weeks (tentative estimate).

Payment Restrictions
  • Floor-model items: No phone payments are accepted.

  • Appliances: Cannot be purchased over the phone.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • All products are ordered immediately after payment is completed.


Product Pickups
Requirements for Pickup
  • A valid photo ID is required.

  • If someone else is picking up your merchandise, you must:

    • Provide them with your sales receipt

    • Call the store ahead of time with their name

    • Ensure they bring their own valid photo ID

Pickup Notifications

You will receive a phone call and/or text when your merchandise has arrived and is ready for pickup.

  • Merchandise may be stored for up to 60 days at no charge.

Pickup Hours
  • Monday: 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm

  • Tuesday: 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm

  • Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

  • Thursday: Must call to schedule a pickup time

  • Friday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

  • Sunday: 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Holiday pickup times may vary. Please call ahead.

If we have reason to believe that suspicious activity or fraudulent charges may be involved, Flippin Jays reserves the right to decline service. We appreciate your understanding as we take steps to protect our customers and our business.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you place an order to purchase products and services through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

We may refuse or cancel orders.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the Site.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
