• Upon agreeing to the Terms, you agree to accept possession of your item(s), EVEN if it's being ordered/stored within our warehouse. Once the merchandise has been picked up, we cannot exchange/take back ANY product. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• To PICK UP: You MUST have copies of BOTH your PHYSICAL RECEIPTS and a VALID PHOTO ID. Please refer to our listed pick-up hours located on the FRONT DESK.   

• All ETA’S are TENTATIVE, subject to change; Once merchandise arrives, we will schedule delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

• You MUST have this paper & sales receipt to verify warranty policies.

• If you ALTER, attempt to REPAIR, or knowingly mishandle any product while under WARRANTY- The warranty WILL be VOIDED, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Appliance warranty claims- You MUST complete registration of your product BEFORE filing a warranty claim. *Some warranty services may require a deductible/trip charge.  

• Eligible furniture warranty claims- Contact Flippin Jays. *Some claims may ONLY cover parts and could be subject to labor/installation service fees. *Extended plans: contact CPS directly. If a warranty claim needs to be addressed AFTER delivery, you may be required to pay a new delivery fee if you request delivery.  

• Store warranty- During the stated period, if we CANNOT repair it, we will replace it with a model similar/value. If unable to replace, store credit will be issued, NO REFUNDS!

• Upon signing, you agree to accept possession of merchandise purchased through Lease to Own.

• YOU confirm merchandise was inspected to note cosmetic condition and/or absent parts.

• Installation accessories for appliances are not INCLUDED with your purchase. NO USED parts will be ACCEPTED. REQUIRED:

• Delivery services- If you pay for delivery and pick up instead, STORE CREDIT will be issued, NO REFUNDS. Age 18+ MUST be present. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Entryway and space must be cleared beforehand; pre-existing furniture will NOT be moved/hauled away. ALL pets MUST be safely secured. Haul away fridges MUST BE EMPTY, NO TRASH! For safety/liability reasons, the crew CANNOT wear shoe coverings or remove their shoes.

• Delivery routes are between 8am and 7pm, (no assigned times), with a one-hour grace period. The crew will contact you THE DAY OF your delivery with an ETA & again BEFORE arrival. Please answer/check voicemail & texts (# ending 0747/1060).

• Please be sure your items will fit through doors, entryways, etc. As well as the desired space. Have all necessary connections ready prior to delivery, appliances. 

• IF we are UNABLE to complete delivery/install services due to any unknown/unsafe circumstances, refunds will NOT be given & you will be responsible for fees of a requested completion appointment.

• Warranty (STARTS from date of purchase):
• Customers are unable to purchase appliances online or over the phone because they're open-box, scratch, and dent. They will need to complete the transaction in-store. No exceptions.

• Customers will need to call in to pay for delivery. The starting price is $149+ for delivery with set up and $89+ for BASIC outdoor drop off.
• Products that are IN STOCK with the factory will arrive between 1-3 weeks. If products are NOT ready to ship immediately can arrive between 4-10 weeks, please call the store to receive an accurate ETA.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you place an order to purchase products and services through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

We may refuse or cancel orders.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the Site.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
